    • Campaign date uses the CMM campaign created timestamp available through the email campaign endpoint.
    • Rolling 30 days means the latest 30 calendar days at refresh time. Previous month is the last full calendar month.
    • Open rate and click rate use delivered email as the denominator. Some benchmark providers use sent, so comparisons are directional.
    • Click-to-open rate is compared with MailerLite all-campaign CTOR because their consulting CTOR split is not published in the same benchmark table.
    • Bounce rate combines hard and soft failure counts from CMM. The ActiveCampaign benchmark uses consulting bounce rate, but hard-vs-combined treatment is not confirmed.
    • The subscriber source view defaults to the last 30 days and can be filtered by custom date range within the latest refreshed canonical active-subscriber sample. It shows when CMM contact records were created, not when people subscribed.
